Susan Meehan holds a BA in English from Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, with a minor in Education.
Susan graduated with honours from the Teaching a Second Language program at the University of Western Ontario.
Susan has taught English as a Second Language for fifteen years, including two years teaching General and Business English in Japan,
and four years teaching English for Academic Purposes at CultureWorks here in London.
Currently, in addition to designing and implementing programs in English for Specific Purposes at Applied Language Associates,
Susan has taught in the Thames Valley and District School Board TESL program, training new teachers of English. Additionally, Susan currently teaches
Medical Communications for Nurses at Fanshawe College in the department of Continuing Education.
Adair Meehan received his BA from Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.
In 1993, he graduated from Laurier University with an MBA. Adair taught ESL for two years in Japan,
and focused on teaching Business English to employees in an international division of a Japanese company.
Currently, in addition to teaching at ALA Adair serves as a counselor in the FIA Japan Adventure School program, and teaches Business English
in the Fanshawe College Business Bridging program.
